 | - To inform, enable, empower and consult older people.
- To serve as the direct voice of older people and advocate on their behalf.
- To analyse, interpret and canvass debate and discussion on the implications of legislation, Government policy and social developments affecting older people.
- To engage and liaise with statutory, non-statutory, voluntary, European and academic agencies in regard to interests and issues impinging on the welfare and lives of older people
- To concern ourselves with the needs and aspirations of the vulnerable.
- To engage with the entire community in defining the role of older people in society.
